The Otago Street Rug Rooms are happy to offer delivery services for any customer who needs it. Deliveries can be made to most mainland UK addresses, are free of charge and we endeavour to make them within three working days (Monday to Friday) using our shipping partner.

Returns-STOCK RUGS ONLY

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, so if you are not completely happy, you may return it to us, at our rug shop in Glasgow's West End, within 21 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange - provided that the item is returned complete and in original condition. It is recommended that you keep the original packaging in order to make returning items easier.
